New House Tour ~ Girl Bedroom

Continuing on with our New House Tour, I will remind you that this home was staged for a fund raising tour by designers and furniture stores. A fee was charged to tour the beautiful home and the money went to The Advocacy Network for Children.

So remember, this is a staged home...NOT THE HOMEOWNERS FURNISHINGS OR DECOR.  You will see price tags and some things out of place, because I was there while it was being staged.

Knowing this, please focus on the finishes and house design. I will be featuring each room over the next several blogs because this home is HUGE and I just can't give you a quality tour without separating the rooms.

Let's go upstairs and tour the rooms up there.
Our third stop will be the Daughter's Bedroom.

You can see:
The Kitchen tour HERE.
The Living room tour HERE.
The Master Suite HERE.
The Laundry Room HERE.
The Dining Rooms HERE.
The Study/Baths/Mud Room HERE.
The Upstairs Bonus Room HERE.
The Son's Bedroom HERE.
I added the vinyl tree to their daughter's room.
This is their daughter's furniture. I painted the small initial canvas' to match her bedding.
This is a staged area and her play loft in her room. The reason the builder didn't build a longer ladder to the play-lofts is because his kids are very young, 2 and 4. He didn't want them to be able to get up in the play-lofts until they are older. He hopes this will control that.
The stagers filled this space with chairs and ottoman. This bedroom is rather large but once their daughter goes into a 'big girl bed', I think the room will fill up nicely. Besides...A girl needs her space!

This is the view out of her window to the lake in back. The son's room has the same view.

A view of her closet. Wouldn't it be wonderful if every home had closets like these in every room like this home does?
