Week 21 ~ Diamonds In The Rough!

Diamonds In The Rough! is my weekly feature, where I show you the treasures that I find from garage sales, thrift stores and antique stores.

I had a good run this week...Check it out!
Two matching night stands to paint and transform.
Old books and a pumpkin.
Old Christmas Ornament balls.
Vintage gloves, hankies and brush, comb and mirror set.
A child's play tea set and adult tea cups and saucers. I got more plates like these.
A unique vintage necklace for taking apart and using in crafts or to sell in my booth.
A small frame that I purchased (50¢) just for the frame...NOT the picture.
Cool old frame.
Cute large bunny.
So whimsical and fun, I just had to have this candy jar.

A wire IN basket.

A silver monogrammed M plater...all cleaned up below!
Pretty in it's place.

Pretty big boot...Imagine with a small Christmas Tree in this boot! And a vintage looking Christmas tea towel.
I have the perfect idea for this sign!
Two Euro size pillow fillers. I love making pillows and these euro's will come in handy.

I was very attracted to it's shape and color. They are the colors that I use in my living room Christmas decorating.
Vintage Crayola tin and vintage looking box of crayons.
Is this Meow Sock perfect or what for our Christmas decor. We love cats. And the primitive snowman head was just so sweet.
Small floral pictures. Great for my booth.

Imagine this for a home that I am decorating for a whole house tour. This will go in the nursery.
And the find of the day...
A FREE! dress form. Ready to cover in book pages like the other one I own (below).

NOTE: You should be able to click on most of the pictures to enlarge to see further details.

  1. Morning Terry,
Can't wait to see what you will do with all these great finds. That silver trays was gorgeous once it was shined up, made for a lovely vignette.
    You go girl!!

    Blessings, Nellie

  2. You got some fantastic things, Terry! I love those frames and, being a bunny lover, the bunny figure would have called out to me, too.
