Just a little bit of Check!

I love creating my own version of MacKenzie Childs style.  It's not that hard since it's just squares.

I started off with a brown paper mache pumpkin purchased at JoAnn's but they can be found at most craft stores.
Then I painted it white with acrylic paint.

I added the black squares. Dry brushed on some blue and yellow accents. And added polka dots on top with the green design and stem.

Tied with several ribbons and a "Happy Fall" tag I made...

A fun statement piece for fall.
