While this year has been a slow blogging year for me because of time spent with my new granddaughter, Isla Rose...
I still have some outstanding projects that I completed this year...Here is to the Best Of 2015...
I will start with this turret cap. It is vintage and found at an antique store in Kansas while visiting my son.
I electrified it and turned it into a pendant light over my bathtub in the master bathroom...
Which leads me to the clock on the wall. It was originally purchased at Hobby Lobby as wall art and I painted on numbers and added clock works for the perfect wall clock with a reminder to "Be Grateful".
I came across a dresser that had the legs cut off at a garage sale. It spoke to me and I knew I could do something with this piece...It needed a lot of love but,
With paint and wheels, it turned into the perfect coffee table for my daughter's livingroom...
I even painted a "Tree of Life" on the back since it would be exposed.
Moving on to Hubby wanting hot and cold water in the garage.
That led to beadboard wainscoting and a barn door being installed by my young and cute, handy dandy handyman...
And lastly, I took our plain and boring cement patio and painted a huge 'rug' on it!
It looks like a rug but it's just paint...
Now, on to new projects in 2016!
