Make it Useful!

It's sad when you're unwanted!

To be tossed in the trash like your nothing.

Of no use.

To no one!

That's the way this lovely lamp started out life with me. I found it sticking out of a dumpster like this...
It appeared that someone may have made it out of walnut in say, a shop class. I knew I could give it charm.
Give it style.  (and rewire it)
Make it useful again.
It sold in my booth to grace someone elses home.

  7. I have to ask - was there a particular reason you used "8"? Have you read Katherine Neville's epic novel "The Eight"?

    1. Jan, it's an odd question to me since I have not read nor know about that novel or even what its about. Initially, I used a three in vinyl number and pulled it off after painting the lamp. But then I decided that it needed an additional color. However, I had no more vinyl 3's. So I used an '8'. No other reason other than the 8 fit neatly over the 3 shape.
