Furniture Dance!

If you are a follower, you will have noted that I just shared THIS post on my Stairwell Reveal! Which brought on...New carpet and padding. So this is the domino effect!

What brings on new carpet and pad?

 The complete emptying out of each bedroom! Including closets because there is carpet in closets!

 What a cleansing production that was. 

 

With that brings changes. Getting rid of things that I no longer want. Getting rid of excess clutter. And changing furniture around!

I gave the twin mattresses away to a single mother in need and purchased a bigger bed.
               It also is a feel-good proposition too!

The Furniture Dance!

I have this French China hutch to paint (it's waiting out in the hobby garage till spring) and it will be placed in the study alcove here...

So where do I place this hutch that I love?

Yep, in the large guest bedroom to hold my vintage ironstone collection. Then I will get rid of this vintage bookcase...

And move the furniture around a bit to make it work...

Oh yeah, it's working!

Even though the master bedroom has hardwood, I got rid of this tall bookcase since I will store my Great Grandmother's china in the new French China Hutch.

Coming up in another post is what I replaced this bookcase with! Stay close.
