To accomplish this, I purchased large frames at garage sales and thrift stores during the summer. I then spray painted them red and white. The huge ornaments came from Sam's Club and the green shimmer decor came from various shops after Christmas sales at the Lake of the Ozarks where we spend New Years every year.
