I must say that I have been looking at and loving all the creative bloggers out there for some time but I just now decided it was high time that I joined the crowd! I love to create and have lots to show and tell, so hang on to your seat and come imagine with me...
First I will show you my latest project. I purchased this stool at an antique store for the wonderful price of $6! I love a good deal. This must have been a vanity stool and the seat (lid) lifts off and allows storage within. I painted the wood an heirloom white. Then bit-the-bullet and purchased a yard of document fabric from Ballard Designs (on sale). I so love this fabric. Even though this did not take a yard to upholster, it was what was required to purchase the fabric, but no worries, I have many plans for sewing up the rest of the yardage to show you later. |
