Christmas Open House Shopping!

In Quincy, IL, there is a primitives and craft shop called Ohio Street Originals located at 10th and Ohio. And each December during the first weekend, they have a wonderful open house. It is filled with cookies and hot cider to sample, the smells of cinnamon and cloves and great Christmas crafts and decor all hand made at unbelievable prices. I am acquainted with the owner and asked if I could take you shopping with me. She said, you are welcomed.  So let's go to the wonderland of snowmen and santa's, twigs and dried flowers, primitive decor and awesomeness!
I just adored this framed art.  Maybe I will make me one.
This was made with a hole drilled in the bottom side for the electrical cord. It was $32 and was snapped up in seconds. It was a half gallon size.
I stopped a random shopper to get this picture. It was only $18 for the teapot and my friend Gail bought one too.
This is the actual stove they heat their shop with. The gates are to protect people from getting too close.
I was drooling over this chandelier that I would not even look at the price for fear it would be so inexpensive that I would buy it!
The cutest idea. Drill holes in a suitcase and put in Christmas lights.
This was my favorite tree but for some reason, tress are hard to capture in pictures.
Loved the urn with the tree and behind was another suitcase with lights.
This was 2-die-4 huge, and I would have bought it for my son, but he has no place for it. I know the picture is not very good to capture it's coolness, but it has a mule deer horn, a canteen, greenery and twigs and boot crampons. It was just so woodsy and cool. And only $50.
This is my friend Gail trying to dodge the camera. She just wanted me to take a picture of the snowman that she purchased...ha, gotcha Gail!
I stopped another shopper with a cute shutter decorated with greenery and a single ice skate. It was only $18!
A neat hand made box with wood branch handle decorated and only $12.50! Why would you make your own when this is so cheap?
I bought this awesome sweater purse. I adore the roses and a friend and church member made it. At $20, why would I go through the effort? It's is even lined with pockets inside!!!
Sssshhhhhh, don't tell my daughter, but I bought her some home made soap, only $3 each!
This key was just too cute to pass up with it's sweet poem. It was only $2.75.
So really, at $1.50, why would I make one of these tags with wire, greenery and a bell?
It goes with this one I bought last year!  See you next Christmas Ohio Street Originals.
