Continuing on with our New House Tour, I will remind you that this home was staged for a fund raising tour by designers and furniture stores. A fee was charged to tour the beautiful home and the money went to The Advocacy Network for Children.
So remember, this is a staged home...NOT THE HOMEOWNERS FURNISHINGS OR DECOR.
You will see price tags and some things out of place, because I was there while it was being staged.
Knowing this, please focus on the finishes and house design. I will be featuring each room over the next several blogs because this home is HUGE and I just can't give you a quality tour without separating the rooms.

THE GUEST BEDROOM WAS STAGED AS A SITTING ROOM FOR THE TOUR. The homeowners have since added a bed to this room when the staged furniture was removed.
This bedroom features a stair step up to the walk-in closet on the right and the door you see straight ahead is to the above-the-garage storage area. What a great added feature to have.
