Federal Mirror Addition

Remember that vanity that I just transformed? No? Well let me remind you...

First of all, I went to an auction and I saw the same piece of furniture! It is not a lady's desk but a true vanity. The mirror was missing on mine! That question is solved! Or you can go HERE and see the post on this piece.
So, I remedied the missing mirror with this Federal Style one...

Yep, this ugly thing! But of course, I transformed it first using Annie Sloan Old White Chalk Paint so it would match the paint on the vanity base.

Then hubby and I flipped the room. We put the vanity and mirror on the wall as you walk in where the bookcase was and put the bookcase on the opposite wall. We like it much better!
You can see the bookcase in the reflection. That mirror is so large that it really makes the room look larger and brighter! I love it now!

On an added note, I went to a garage sale and picked up these fun vintage wire glove strechers! Too fun and the perfect finishing touch!
