New Pillows!

Fabric rose made from material cut from towel. Sold
I have been working on making new pillows. I don't expect to keep them but I just enjoy the creativity of making pillows.

This first one is made out of a dish towel that I picked up at an antique store in the Ozarks while on vacation. I thought it was interesting to see the name Daniel Boone Hotel woven in the blue stripe. It reminded me of the popular feed sack pillows out there and I decided to make a pillow out of it.

I then grabbed some graphics from The Graphics Fairy website that is so popular and made these pillows.

Then I took another embriodered hand towel purchased at a thrift store and turned it into this pillow.
Sale price, $25
My daughter is making the cutest mobile for a friend that is having a baby. I decided to whip out this pillow using the fabrics left over from the mobile and give it to her when she has the baby on Wednesday (they are going to induce her if she does not go into labor on her own).

The most fun sewing projects that I can do are making pillows! Now just to get rid of them and make more! If you are interested in purchasing any of these pillows, just send me an email with your pillow selection and your address so I can figure shipping to tmtm4@comcast.net. Thx,  Terry
