A story of The Songbook Bunny!

This is the story of The Songbook Bunny!
While thrift store shopping, I came across a small plastic bunny made for putting candy treats in. This bunny came in two pieces, coming apart right down the middle.
And before I knew it, this 50¢ piece of plastic jumped into my cart and won my heart. Why? Because I had one of my...light bulb moments.
I knew how to make this piece of plastic became the sweetest bunny around! I bought a vintage hymnal that I have been using for decoupage and  I covered the bunny with this paper.  After it was dry, I embellished the bunny's neck with ribbon, flowers and leaves. And a cute little tag that says, "No. 1", after all, this bunny does think she's special! Plus, I didn't forget to add a bit of bling! Now my Songbook Bunny is all dressed up...just in time for Easter!

  8. This is the most adorable thing I've seen. Would never in a million guess where it started. Definitely like the bling. Also checked out your previous post about the teapot lamp. Again, totally adorable. Something else to look for while thrifting!
